Ineeclinic announced on May 15th that Doctor Kim Min-seung recently gave a presentation on the topic of ‘LHA (Lipo-Hydroxy Acid)-based high-functionality skin booster’ at the International Congress of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ICLAS 2025) held in Bangkok, Thailand.

Director Kim introduced the biological effects of LHA and the domestic product ‘LHALA Peel 504’ based on it, suggesting a new direction for skin treatment.

In the presentation, Director Kim introduced, “LHA is a classic but still powerful ingredient that has been used in skin treatment for a long time. It is one of the few active ingredients whose effects have been scientifically and repeatedly verified.”

In particular, he explained that LHA is being re-evaluated as a core ingredient of a multi-functional, low-irritation solution that modern dermatology pursues, such as “friendly exfoliation and epidermal regeneration induction, skin irritation minimization and soothing effect, photoaging prevention and UV resistance enhancement, acne and acne environment improvement, antifungal and antidandruff action, hyperpigmentation relief, and tone improvement.”

He continued, “Modern LHA formulations are evolving from simple ingestion to smart and functionally optimized design,” and mentioned H2Medi’s ‘LHALA Peel 504’ as the true embodiment of the LHA platform.

He emphasized, “LHALA Peel is not a product that simply emphasizes the efficacy of LHA. It is an advanced formulation designed to create synergy between other high-functional ingredients centered around LHA as a stable background ingredient.”

LHALA Peel 504 uses the ‘INCUBE Platform’, a technology from Labincube, to implement a delivery mechanism that helps the active ingredients to be evenly distributed and gradually absorbed into the skin.
